Shipping Methods & Carriers

The specific carrier is selected automatically based on your delivery address to optimize for speed and reliability. You do not need to choose a carrier at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing:

- A tracking number with a link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after your shipping confirmation email. International packages may show limited tracking detail while in transit between countries — this is normal. Full tracking visibility typically resumes once the package arrives in your destination country.
If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@mrjointpatch.com and we will provide your tracking information right away.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, please be aware that your country may charge customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
MrjointPatch has no control over these charges and cannot predict whether they will apply to your order. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure about potential import fees in your country.
Packaging & Product Protection
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy. Our packaging is designed to:

What If My Package Is Delayed?
While the majority of orders arrive within the estimated timeframes listed above, occasional delays can occur due to customs clearance, carrier backlogs, or adverse weather conditions.
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window for your region, please contact us at support@mrjointpatch.com with your order number. Our team will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the carrier and, if necessary, send a replacement at no additional cost.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you realize your address is wrong after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@mrjointpatch.com. If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
