Our 60-day money-back guarantee, how returns work, who pays return shipping, and how quickly refunds are issued.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Mrjoint order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your parcel is delivered. If the patches or brace did not do what you hoped — not enough relief, wrong size, or simply not for you — you can return the order for a refund of the product price. You do not need the original packaging, and you do not need to write a long explanation. We only ask that the item has been used as intended, not damaged on purpose.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@mrjointpatch.com with your order number and one or two sentences about the problem. We reply within one business day.
  2. We send you return instructions and the return address by email. Please do not ship anything before you hear from us — parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be matched to your order and will delay your refund.
  3. Post the item back and send us the tracking number. For patches, return the unused patches in their pouches; used patches do not need to be returned.

Who pays return shipping

  • If the item arrived damaged, was faulty, or was not what you ordered, we pay the return shipping. Send us a photo and we will arrange it.
  • For all other returns, you pay the return postage. There is no restocking fee and no other deduction.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the payment method you used at checkout. We process the refund within 3 business days of the return arriving at our address. It then takes your bank or PayPal 5 to 10 business days to show the money on your statement.

Damaged or defective items

If a patch pouch is damaged, a brace strap is broken on arrival, or anything is missing, email us a photo within 60 days of delivery. In most cases we send a free replacement or issue a refund without asking you to return anything.

Brace warranty

Mrjoint braces carry a 180-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects — for example a stabiliser bar that snaps or a fastener that stops holding. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from improper washing or drying, or changes you make to the product. Herbal patches are single-use consumables and are covered by the 60-day guarantee only.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel has left our warehouse it cannot be recalled; you can refuse delivery and we will refund the product price when the parcel is returned to us, or accept it and use the 60-day guarantee above.

Orders that never arrive

If tracking shows no delivery within the maximum delivery window for your region (see our Shipping Policy), contact us and we will either reship the order or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. The same applies if a parcel arrives damaged or is stolen after being marked as delivered — send us your order number and supporting evidence (photos or tracking details) and, once verified, we reship or refund in full.
